We ship all of our refrigerants via UPS with no signature required. We ship legally and comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding shipping refrigerant which is considered a hazardous material by the federal department of transportation. We protect our customers by shipping our refrigerant legally with the proper shipping labels and shipping documentation. If you buy refrigerant from anyone who does not ship the refrigerant with Hazmat labels and paperwork you risk heavy fines and confiscation for the shipper and receiver. We guarantee you will receive your refrigerant legally with no risk to you. Hazmat guidelines for the compressed gas state we cannot overnight or use expedited shipping services as it must go ground no exceptions. UPS will require deliveries to business addresses to be open.  They will not leave packages if the business is not open. Please understand these shipping times are estimates only. They could be delivered earlier or later. It is your responsibility to verify the shipping address before you complete the purchase.  Any returned items due to a bad address or unopened business is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
